City of Bayfield - Dalrymple Park and Campground
86070 St. Hwy 13, Bayfield, Wisconsin on Dalrymple Park Rd.

Firewood Alert! (pdf) The City of Bayfield is NOT providing firewood for the campground this year. Firewood is available for sale in several locations in town. Please see below.
Dalrymple Campground is now closed for the season.  (11/17/2020)

The campground is operated on a first come, first serve basis; we don't take reservations.
Historically speaking we are not filled to capacity on weekdays, but are busier on weekends and holidays.  The earlier you arrive on a Friday, the better selection of sites you will have to choose from. Please note, we really don't know at City Hall if there are spaces available or not.  Please be prepared to follow suggested CDC guidelines with social distancing and cleanliness (bring  your own supplies). Wearing a mask indoors is now required by the City of Bayfield and outdoors when you cannot maintain 6' social distancing.  We are doing our best to keep you safe!
There are 28 sites available, some more suitable for family group camping.  Electric is available at most of the sites and there is potable water, but no water & sewer hook-ups are available.  We have two pit toilet structures.  Sorry no showers!

Leashed dogs are welcomed.

Firewood is available in town at several locations (grocery store (Andy's), gas station, and several other locations) for sale.

Open mid-May to mid-October
Rates: $30.00 per site
Sorry, No Reservations, so come early and stay longer!!

  • We don't recommend RV's larger than 30 feet
