Our mission in the Street Division of the Department of Public Works is to provide the best level of Public Works service to the citizens of Bayfield in all facets of our operation consistent with available resources and good business practices. We accomplish this by creating and sustaining an environment which encourages team oriented management, comprehensive training programs, an open exchange of ideas and a philosophy of continuous improvement.
