Winter Parking Regulations
Winter Parking Regulations are now in effect through April 1st, 2025. Except for the “Downtown Area”, only park on West side of streets lying north and south and South side of avenues lying east and west.
In the “Downtown Area” which includes all streets South of Washington Avenue and East of Third Street, there is no parking permitted on the East side of streets or North side of avenues between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
After each snowfall of 2 inches or more, vehicles must be removed to a plowed surface or out of public right of way within 12 hours.
There is no parking permitted on either side of Rittenhouse Avenue between Front Street and Sixth Street during the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Thank you for your cooperation.
